This group has come a long way from their days as the house band at Miss Kitty's (the famed club in Atlanta that also spawned future stars Travis Tritt, Billy Ray Cyrus, Diamond Rio and Little Texas). Over the past 4 years, Confederate Railroad has garnered five Top 10 country singles, one platinum and one double platinum album, and the Academy of Country Music's Best New Vocal Group award in '93.
