Limited edition of 2000 numbered copies on crystal clear 180-gram audiophile vinyl. In 1988, Soda Stereo released their fourth studio album, Doble Vida. This time, they got the help of none other than Carlos Alomar for the production. The renowned Puerto Rican guitarist has a history of collaborations with David Bowie, Iggy Pop, and Paul McCartney. This collaboration introduced a variety of new genres and influences, including funk, soul, and R&B. After fully recording the album in New York City, the band entered a new stage in their career, allowing them to break into the US market. The tour to promote the album spanned the entire American continent and the album sold a million copies worldwide.
